The emergency plan.

The emergency plan described in this blog, with various documents, corresponds to the development carried out in accordance with Article 20 of the LPRL.

This literally states:

Article 20: Emergency Measures

Taking into account the size and activity of the company, as well as the possible presence of people from outside the company, the employer must analyze potential emergency situations and adopt the necessary measures regarding first aid, fire safety, and worker evacuation. This includes designating personnel responsible for implementing these measures and periodically verifying their proper functioning. The aforementioned personnel must have the necessary training, be sufficient in number, and have the appropriate equipment, depending on the circumstances mentioned above.

For the implementation of the measures adopted, the employer must organize the necessary relationships with services external to the company, particularly in matters of first aid, emergency medical assistance, rescue and firefighting, in such a way as to guarantee their speed and effectiveness.

The application of the developed emergency plan constitutes Chapter 6 (operating procedure) of the Self-Protection manual according to RD 393/2007:
