Timetable and Academic Calendar for the 2025-2026 academic year:

The teaching and examination period for the first and second semesters is indicated below:

  • FIRST SEMESTER :
    • Classes: from September 8 to December 22, 2025
    • Regular Conv. Exams: from January 7 to 20, 2026
    • Extraordinary Session Exams: from January 26 to February 7, 2026
  • SECOND SEMESTER :
    • Classes: from February 9 to May 29, 2026
    • Regular Conv. Exams: from June 1 to 16, 2026
    • Extraordinary Session Exams: from June 29 to July 11, 2026

  • Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (subject to availability due to teaching official studies).
  • Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Use of workshops in June and July:

  • During June, the workshops will be available to students working on assignments for the semester. Students who need the workshops for their projects or assignments must submit a permission request signed by the professor responsible for the assignment or project.
  • First half of July: use with a request for permission and signature of the teacher responsible for the activity or project.
  • During the second half of July, the workshops will be out of service for maintenance and cleaning in preparation for the next academic year.

Use of workshops in January and February:

  • After the exam period, use is permitted with a written request and signature from the professor responsible for the activity and project. The workshops may be temporarily closed for maintenance and preparation for the second semester.
