Organization of the different courses by groups, in the morning or afternoon shift

Those who do not appear in any group should request it by sending an email to the following address: .
FIRST YEAR STUDENTS : For the assignment of groups, the indicated preferences have been taken into account as far as possible, but due to the organization of teaching, the Faculty may be forced to assign groups at different times than those selected.
Second, third, and fourth-year students : where possible, they will remain in the same group assigned the previous year. However, depending on the demand for the programs, the number of students, and any other organizational matters, the Faculty may make any changes it deems necessary.
Regarding this Resolution, you can request a group swap (two students who agree to exchange their groups) until September 19th , by sending the following duly completed and signed form to the email address Group swap request (.pdf) .
Students enrolled in different optional subjects should check the timetable in case they need to readjust their registration.
Those who are in different subjects from various courses will be enrolled in the most advanced course and must request from the teachers of the subjects of lower courses their inclusion in the group that they agree upon.
Group change request procedure
Those who, for justified reasons, need to request a change of group must do so by September 19th through the UMH Electronic Office, using a General Application form , and must attach both the Request for change of group form (.pdf) and the documentation that justifies the request:
- In the case of work-related reasons, they will only be accepted if the employment contract is attached.
- In cases of family reasons, dependency, illness… a medical document from Social Security will be attached.
- Other cases: the situation will be detailed in a document, which will be assessed by the Group Commission.
CRITERIA FOR PROCESSING APPLICATIONS
Every effort will be made to accommodate all requests, but if this is not possible, the following criteria will be used:
- Submission within the deadline. Applications submitted after the deadline will not be accepted.
- Justification of preference. Work-related, family (care of dependent persons, maternity…) or other reasons, duly documented.
- Availability of places in the requested group.
