Application Procedure
The complaint procedure set out in Article 13 of Royal Decree 1112/2018 came into force on September 20, 2020
Requests for accessible information and complaints will be submitted and registered in accordance with the requirements established in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. This procedure may be carried out by means of a general application submitted through the UMH Electronic Office (opens in a new window) or in person at the University’s General Registry and at its auxiliary registries located in the campus management centers.
Complaint procedure. If, after submitting a request for accessible information or a complaint, it has been rejected, if the decision taken is disagreed with, or if the response does not meet the requirements set out in Article 12.5 of Royal Decree 1112/2018, the interested party may initiate a complaint to find out and oppose the reasons for the rejection, request the adoption of appropriate measures if they disagree with the decision taken, or explain why they consider that the response does not meet the required requirements.
A claim may also be initiated if the twenty-day period has elapsed without a response being obtained, which must be submitted and registered in accordance with the requirements established in Law 39/2015, of October 1.
