We seek an advanced undergraduate, graduate or postgraduate student with skills in Web programing, and Media+Arts management (blogger).

Details:     The core of the Digital Icon Studio of Thessaloniki (eikon.vis.auth), is the Conceptual approach of all kinds of physical and virtual reality, and the Artistic experimentation with it. The primary target of the lessons at the Digital Icon Studio are the understanding, creation, editing and management of all types of Digital Icons (2D-3D-animation-video), and the organization of Dynamic strategies and Visual interventions using ALL kinds of «current » and daily «applications» (Print Media-webTV-Projections-Interactive Installations) «. The training program is designed for students (undergraduate or postgraduate) coming from the disciplines-subject areas of Informatics, Culture Management, Mass Media. The trainee has to have background in web programming and knowledge on promotion of Culture Products, in order to take part in working teams on Artistic Blog creation and Artists Residencies organization (new Blog for «eikon.vis.auth.gr«, for Artists Group: EIKON, for Artists Group-Residency in Halkidiki: FLEGRA) To apply, you can send by e-mail a letter summarizing interests, a short CV, college transcripts, and an appropriate letter of recommendation.
