Greetings from the Study Abroad Office at the University of Leeds! We are pleased to announce that the application period is now open for Leeds International Summer School (LISS) 2016.

LISS 2016 will take place from 2 – 31 July, combining world-class tuition with experiential field trips and a wide variety of cultural and social activities (including a weekend trip to London).  It offers students a fantastic opportunity to experience British university life and culture, as well as earning academic credit (20 University of Leeds credits = 6 US credits/10 ECTS) which students can transfer back to their home university degree (subject to approval).

The 2016 programme fee is £2950 and the final application deadline is 2 May 2016. For applications submitted by 23 March 2016 we will reduce the programme fee to just £2800! There are no hidden costs to pay with LISS; the programme fee includes tuition, on campus accommodation, social programme, field trips, weekend excursions and full gym membership. There are also 24 Santander scholarships available worth £500 each. Read more about scholarships on our website. In addition, if your institution sends a group of ten students or more we will offer a 10% discount off the programme fee.
